What is the main difference between an Entrepeneur & Employee?
It all comes down to their mindset 🧠
Theres no right or wrong answer, it's mainly down to your outlook on life and how you want to live ✨
So if you are...
🌟Feeling burnt out from working 40-50 hours per week and not wanting to work towards someone else's dream. Always working extra hours with little or not reward!
🌟Not wanting to squeeze all your holiday into 25 days per year and feeling like it's nowhere near enough time to see the world. You're always trying to squeeze things in and need another holiday to get over the last one.
🌟Wanting to have more time to prioritise your mental health and be able to have slower days where you can focus more on yourself. Life can be so chaotic at times and all you want is time to prioritise your needs.
🌟Feeling restricted and missing out because you're not in control of your time and money.
🌟Not feeling fulfilled in your career anymore and would love to wake up everyday feeling excited and passionate about what you do, and the impact it has on peoples life too!
🌟 Wanting to earn an uncapped income so you can easily support yourself, your family and future goals.
🌟 Never miss out on spending time with loved ones and having the choice to see them whenever you want.
Then maybe entrepreneurship is for you.
I used to have an Employee mindset and easily changed to an Entrepeneur Mindset.
I guess the biggest question you should ask yourself is...
Am I 100% happy in my current situation?
Will I feel fulfilled if I work towards someone else's dreams for the rest of my life?
In the next 5-10 years, if nothing changes will I achieve everything I want?
If the answer is No to all of them, then maybe stepping into Entrepeneurship is the next step for you 💡
Which one are you?
