Let's talk about limiting beliefs for a sec 👇
It's something I see a lot when it comes to people wanting to go after what they want and often stop in their tracks...
And the most common one is the belief you have within yourself - that's all!
If you've experienced failure in the past, then of course you're going to have that niggling feeling of self doubt. You may think...
"What if I fail?"
"What will others think of me?"
"What if I make mistakes?"
"What if it doesn't work?"
And it is soooo normal - don't worry!
Every single entrepeneur has felt this way at some point in the beginning but it's how you navigate your way through it that will help you succeed.
So, how do you do that?
Step 1 - Start by acknowledging that self-doubt is normal, and try separating that emotion from your identity.
It's just how you feel, it's not a reflection of your capability!
Step 2 - Take action towards that goal, even if it's one small action.
By doing that, you're already one step closer to your goal.
Step 3 - Replace the thought of "I can't do this" with "I am capable of achieving anything!"
Affirmations are goldennnn! By telling yourself "You can" instead of "You can't" will help you reframe your thinking and belief within yourself.
Step 4 - Seek support from your Mentor
They are there to support you help you navigate through it!
Sometimes we need someone to back our corner to give us that extra bit of encouragement.
