Kings Langley Village News

With the support and encouragement of the Parish Council, a group of local residents came together in 2017 to see if a replacement newspaper to the old ‘Villager’ was possible. After much hard work, with time freely given, the first edition of Village News emerged in March 2018. We are grateful to the army of volunteers who are distributing it and supporting us.

We aim to be a high-quality paper produced by local people for local people. This is your newspaper. We need your input of articles, expressions of opinion, reports of recent events, plans for the future, publicity for charitable and voluntary groups – anything Kings Langley for which you have a special concern or interest. Please send photos too!

We intend to include profiles of people who make significant contributions to village life. If you have an interesting story to tell, or know someone who has, we’d love to hear from you. We hope for regular contributions from our schools about their news, and the exciting and challenging work done by teachers and pupils.

Production of a local newspaper costs money! We depend upon advertising income to enable us to produce and deliver the newspaper free to everyone in our community. To advertise, please contact us for details.
