On a recent visit to Belfast, Wire Books' David Costa, the bestselling author of the David Reece SG9 Black Ops series, met up with the top screenwriter Declan Lawn for a coffee and a chat.

Declan is famous for writing the BBC Police Series 'Blue Lights', which came back to our tv screens for the second series on Monday 15th April.

David Costa is the pseudonym for Culcheth writer Paul Campbell, who said, ‘It was great to catch up with Declan and to present him with a signed copy of my books, which I hope he enjoys. I also congratulated Declan on his wonderful work on the BBC series and the news that the BBC has signed up for two more series of the Cop show. As David Reece would say, "Don’t miss it."'
