The one thing we ask of people is to talk openly about mental health, it’s something we all have.

Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, ask yourself and others “are you ok? Are you sure you’re ok?”

Our ambassador Josh Curnow does this at many of his gigs and recently had the chance to perform at Plymouth Argyle. During his set, in front of thousands of men, he took the opportunity to encourage people to open up and seek help if needed.
He had a wonderful positive response and we can’t thank him enough for taking this opportunity to speak people.
