What a lovely review from someone we worked with recently:

Imagine everything you could ask for in a wedding DJ, and then triple it, that’s how it felt like working with Jools. I was so impressed about the way he seamlessly mixed the tracks together, less chat and more music approach and its definitely appealing to see that in a DJ. He read the crowd which meant he had no problem drawing people to the dance floor, at no time was the dance floor empty and the crowd loved it!
As well as managing the music and reading the mood perfectly, he was also very friendly, approachable and accommodating which meant the couple could just relax and enjoy their wedding.
I’m fully aware that when I recommend a DJ, or any other supplier, my reputation is on the line and I have no problem in recommending Jools to all my couples and to me its quite obvious why he’s such a sort after DJ, the only thing you will need to worry about is if he is free on the day you want to book him!

As we are coming up to the Christmas period, this is your annual reminder to be nice to people working in hospitality, even when they get it wrong.

Working countless hours, eating on your feet, missing out on festivities with friends and family and wearing yourself thin are things all hospitality workers will be familiar with over the next 2 months.

So if they do get it wrong and your coffee comes with the wrong syrup, or they forget to swap your salad for chips, or, god forbid, you order no ice and your drink comes with ice, just remember how hard they're working to try and make your experience special.

Be nice. It costs nothing.
