OTF Recordings Available now - Levelling The Land 25th Anniversary 2CD+DVD / 2LP Levellers Greatest Hits and A Curi

Folk-punk legends the Levellers set up On The Fiddle Recordings in the early 1990s to distribute limited edition albums to their fan-club members. Free of major label ‘contractual obligations’; they resurrected the label in 2006 to release a live DVD - “Levellers - Chaos Theory”.

“Letters From The Underground”, the band's first independent album put the Levellers in the Top 30 for the first time

in nearly a decade. The follow up “Static On The Airwaves” and the “Greatest Hits” compilation both making the Top 40,the Levellers' DIY approach is still paying dividends.

'A Curious Life' a film documenting the rise of the Levellers was released in April 2015, continuing the label's success. OTF's back catalogue includes albums from Levellers lead singer Mark Chadwick, McDermott’s 2 Hours along with live albums, rarities and a re-issue of Levellers’ debut album from 1990 - ‘A Weapon Called The Word’ which achieved Gold status without ever charting!.
