The Community Revolution CIC is excited to announce our Walk-In Interview Day event. The event will be held at The Chase Neighbourhood Centre, St Ann’s Nottingham. The event will run from 1pm – 4pm on Friday 18th March 2022.

This event is being held to complete our search for a candidate to fill our vacant Business Admin Assistant role. Interested candidates are invited to attend and be interviewed on the day.

About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Business Admin Assistant to support with the day-to-day running of the social enterprise. We are looking for an individual who is passionate, hands-on, and able to multi-task. This role is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to setup and run a business. The successful applicant will be mentored and have a career plan devised for them.

Roles and responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
⦿ Bookkeeping – keeping track of financial incomings and outgoings
⦿ Support with payroll – processing hours worked and payment of employees
⦿ Staffing administration - (recruitment, advertising, co-ordinate joiner/mover/leaver process)
⦿ Planning and scheduling – meetings and projects
⦿ Documentation – documentation of meeting minutes, procedures and policies
⦿ Legal compliance – ensuring the business is compliant with relevant legislation
⦿ Inventory management
⦿ Writing bid proposals and making applications

Candidates must be

⦿ 16 - 24 years old
⦿ Receiving Universal Credit employment benefits
⦿ Interested in business, media, entrepreneurship or social services
