We are often in a mindset that often means we are LOWER STATE. What I mean by that is we get involved in the things that happen day to day, the same dread, the same panic, the same worry and the same battles.
However, you can set your mind into a HIGHER STATE. By higher state I don’t mean get your oil burners out and chant…. I just mean do something that puts your mind into a positive and grateful state.
I sound insane, but trust the process as they say…

Celebrate something you did today.
Be that the washing was put on, you managed to get the baby down to sleep and have a cup of tea. You signed a new client…. You had an interested client…You posted a new video or did something you had been dreaded….
Celebrate it - by that I mean congratulate yourself.
Be kind to yourself, feel grateful for the good things in your life and watch how the petty day to day crappy nonsense feels more manageable…. Gradually watch your state go from low to high and enjoy how celebrating the little things - even though 2 minutes being present in happiness will make you grateful for what you DO have.
Then we can all wallow for the other 23 hours and 58 minutes (i’m joking)...! Seriously try it and let me know how you felt doing it in the comments below….

So Admin No.1 has been going a couple of years….
