Over at Fox’s Motor Co. in Barnwell, I spraypainted this young Colin McRae alongside the iconic 555 Subaru Impreza.

McRae was the youngest ever WRC champion when winning his one and only title in 1995 at the age of 27 (incidentally also the first Brit to win the championship). This record was only broken in 2022 by WRC Golden Boy Kalle Rovanpera.

He was known for his fearless racing style.. it was not uncommon to see his “Scooby” flying through the air and he is the man who coined the term “When in doubt, flat out”.

Celebrating 45 years of The Cresset with 8 years of Street Arts Hire Ltd 🙌🏻🙌🏻 So last week we turned 8! I started this idea whilst I worked in an office as a H&S officer, using annual leave to do side jobs and working after my day job. To be here now, it’s kind of crazy. Were the first ever street art company of my home city > Peterborough. I’m pretty sure weve painted more murals than anyone in the city than anyone before us. We paved new paths for the way art is viewed in the city but always understand, our journey started by influence of those who wrote their names before us. We’ve increased turnover every year! But with rising costs, the challenges of survival have been far from easy. We’re just about to finish our craziest summer ever where we’ve had a 3man mural team running daily and we told some people they have to wait. Thank you! For the love, the support and all our customers big and small that have made an idea once in life was thought to be crazy into a reality.
