No Presenter Lucy this week but not to worry, Producer Chris is taking us through the best brand new tracks from across the North East, including Slalom D, Melanie S Jane, Ten Eighty Trees, Even.The.Tides, Elizabeth Liddle and End Credits.UK

Then we have THE NEPOTISM HOUR, where Chris is playing two tracks from his favourite North East bands Back 2 Back. In this prestigious list are Camel Island, Dead Wet Things, Hannah Robinson, Tired of Fighting, The Neolectrics, and This Aint Vegas.

We're also getting really excited about Primaveras, who have just released their raucous debut EP 'Taboo' - catch the title track on today's show.
