It might not seem it now but the important part is actually spending time together.

Erm what?!?!

So that means I've only got 4 more weeks left on my calendar until I can no longer guarantee delivery for Christmas (unless you pay for it!) but please PLEASE don't wait for 3 weeks and 6 days to get your orders in 🙏.

I'm fairly certain Christmas 2020 was only 4 months ago so not sure how this is even possible 🤔 (please tell me I'm not the only one who's lost most of this year - in fact if I'm honest Christmas 2019 doesn't seem that long ago either 😳)

Eleventy billion photos and I don't think I got a single one where all their eyes are open or they're all looking at the camera at the same time!!!

For those of you that don't know these are my very own 4 monsters. They're my reasons for living, my reasons for drinking and everything else in between. I wouldn't change them for the world (well maybe the never ever listening to me part, I'd definitely change that!!) and they have we well and truly wound round their little fingers.

Today I got to use my love of creativity to do something totally different, but still lots of of fun!

Halloween parties for my two middle kids meant I got to paint some faces!! Not sure who loved it more 😂 (there is a reason my Halloween decorations have been up for nearly 2 weeks and it's not just the fact my son has been asking for them since November 2020!)

It's been a wee while since I did an intro post and there's been A LOT of new followers since then, so here goes...

So this is me! The Pretty Little Company!

Otherwise known as Laura or as my children affectionately call me, mummymmummymummymummymummy!

Mum of 4, coffee addict although trying to curb that somewhat, lover of sparkly things, book fiend (or used to be about 2 kids ago) and an outgoing introvert, pretty much sums me up.

You will usually find me in not so sunny Northern Ireland hoping it doesn't rain (again) and counting down the days til it's not winter (every season here has a tinge of winter, hence why I'm not saying autumn!)

The Pretty Little Company came about when one of the aforementioned kids told me about a birthday party an hour before it was due to start, and with no way of getting to the shops I had to think on my feet! Soon they started to request I make the gifts and not before long, parents of the recipients were contacting me asking where I'd got it made.

Now I get to play about on my computer, sticking sparkly things to pretty things and suddenly what was once not even a hobby is now my main source of income!!

That really is the abbreviated version! I've gone through more business changes than most people go through hot dinners, not all of it plain sailing but I've finally found my thing! My niche if you want to be clichéd lol. And I can't wait to start sharing all my recent makes, the journey that is motherhood and the chaos that is my life!
