How do they stick to a balanced & healthy lifestyle? Do their meals consistent of the right blend of fruits & vegetables + protein & carbohydrates?

With so much variety of processed & sugary foods both in the supermarkets & takeaway in apps, it's easy to get carried away.

And with Christmas on the horizon, in the form of a highly calorific Sunday roast with Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, meat, gravy and pigs in blankets, are people cutting down on calories in the build up?

It's a difficult conundrum when it comes to diet and indulgence but the people of Alty, clearly health conscious have all the answers. As well as some healthy meal suggestions of their own!
