Buckingham Palace has issued a statement confirming the Queen has fallen ill.

A statement from the palace issued today says: "Following further evaluation this morning, The Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision.

"The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral."

The Duke of Cambridge and Prince of Wales are on the way to Balmoral

We have just learned from our friends at Rother Radio that one of our presenters Peter Marsham has suddenly passed away after a sudden and unexpected illness.

Peter presenter shows on Hit Music Radio such as "The Groove Line", The Soul Show" and the "Greatest Hits of All Time".

Hit Music Radio sends our condolences to his family and friends at this difficult time.
