New release on TCR! The first in our “Lost Demos Series” features the last official demo by The Cut before they became Emotional Su***de back in 1992. The album contains 8 tracks originally released on cassette and sold out of the back of the gig van back those good ol’ rock n’ roll days. This fully remastered rerelease hits all the usual streaming sites 5th May, 2024.

The out of this world album “Intercity Mars” from Numb is probably the best 90s Britpop album you’ve never heard, if you like Supergrass, Oasis and Blur you’re gonna love this. “The Word” is out!! Yes it’s official, the first release on TCR for 30 years is now available on all the usual outlets. The Word features 10 fully remastered tracks including all the original tracks from “The Word” EP along with extra tracks recorded separately as part of the “Fake” recording session.
The band would like to dedicate this release to the memory of their rock brother, and drummer Mark “MrT” Thorman who sadly passed away earlier in the year. Keep rockin’ brother!!

It’s hard to believe that it has been 30 years since the last release on TCR. Way back in 1993 the recently rereleased and much acclaimed self titled album “Emotional Su***de” was the last release on The Cut Records, so it seemed only right that the belated next release should be the only other album recorded to date by Emotional Su***de. We’re sure you’re gonna love this hard hitting, newly remastered album when it officially releases in the next few weeks.
