May is Mental Health Awareness Month! This week is Mental Health Awareness Week.
As a student, I know how stressful this time of the year is as we need to make sure we are kind to our minds and ensure we take breaks and reach out for help if we need it.
Mental Health Awareness will always be a passion of mine as it's a topic so close to my heart.
Not just during this month but throughout the year we need to work together and support mental health charities such as Mind, Papyrus and Samaritans to help ensure no mind is left behind.

It’s World Theatre Day!!!!

Theatre will always hold a special place in my heart. Theatre has allowed me to find some amazing people and create so many fond memories over the years.

My favourite theatre memory was playing Audrey II and Ronnette in Little Shop of Horrors.

March is Endometriosis Awareness Month!

This year's theme, set by Endometriosis UK, is 'Endometriosis Explained', exploring both how endometriosis must be better understood by the general public and better explained to patients by all healthcare practitioners.

Happy International Women's Day 2025.
The theme this year is 'Accelerate Action'.
"At the current rate of progress, it will take until 2158, which is roughly five generations from now, to reach full gender parity, according to data from the World Economic Forum." - IWD Website
