How absolutely lovely Visit Peak District & Derbyshire 🥰

What a beautifully poignant tribute to Her Majesty The Queen in the Peak District village of Hartington 👑🌸

As is the tradition in many local towns and villages, Hartington Well Dressings were intended to be a joyous celebration of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee year. However, Thursday's news completely changed the emphasis of the message.

The Well Dressings - made entirely from natural materials such as seeds and petals - were revealed over the weekend and in many ways, the message has become even more appropriate as a heartfelt tribute to the Queen's lifetime of service.

Hartington Well Dressings will be on display until Saturday 17th September.

No changes to clubs or classes for kids - thanks to my colleague at Raring2go! Kidderminster & Stourbridge for this update on today's PM announcement 🌈👍🏻

Just to give you a bit of clarity following the Government's statement today on new rules, children's clubs can still continue, providing they follow the Covid Secure Guidance. The rule of 6 for 'indoor sports' applies to adult teams.

""Youth groups and other children’s groups will also be exempt from the gatherings limit (6). Family and friends can continue to provide informal childcare as long as groups from different households don’t exceed 6 people.

Yes, you can still send your child to a Youth Group. However, you should advise your children to maintain social distancing, wash their hands regularly and limit social interaction outside of these formal activities with anyone they do not live with.

The club should also follow COVID-19 Secure guidance."
