Just finshed "From Iron Madien to Iron man" by my big cousin .
It is a really great read, moving and motivational, a back story that will resonate with a lot of people who grew up in the same kinds of conditions.
Micky shows us that you can break free from your past, from your habits and actually take charge of your life and make the changes necessary to live a fuller healthier life for yourself and your family.
The book isnt a "look at me, I'm deadly, look at the amazing things I have achieved" (the achievements are plentiful) kind of book.
It's more a book that says, look at you, we are the same, I believe in you and want you to know that until you believe in yourself, I will believe in you and give you a road map to becoming the best version of yourself, all you have to do is follow it until you get to the point you believe in you too.
We all can achieve great things, we can all change for the better, one step, one pedal, one stroke at a time.

Bullet points for important notes, and if you are changing the camera shot (which is worth doing) then a short bullet point for that too.

Taking that little bit of time to prep what you are going to say and how you are going to shoot it, can save you hours later.

We all know Reels are a great way of growing your following.
The mistake most people make is in the length of the Reel.
From my experience with myself and clients over many different platforms and pages, these are the times that work best at the minute.
Interviews/Podcast clip: 45- 75 Seconds
Tutorials: 45 - 60 Seconds
Educational: 30 - 45 Seconds
Storytelling: 20 - 30 Seconds
Trends: 5 - 7 Seconds
Quotes: 3- 5 Seconds
That is not to say that going outside of these time limits will not work, it's just a great guide line to follow.

Recently I have discovered the importance of time off from work. I know I'm late to the party. It's a trap a lot of people get in when they love what they do. I love my job, I love working with inspirational people, helping them get there message out there to inspire others to live a more fulfilled life. I realised if I want to continue to love what I do then I have to start taking breaks, I had to make sure I didn't burn myself out, my job is super creative and if I try to go all day ever, I believe my creativity will burn out.
