Oh dear! More essential sill repairs and jacking point required ahead for Matt's Triumph 2000 if it's to pass an MoT in time to participate in this year's Club Triumph Round Britain Reliability Run on 3 Oct.
Friday in the workshop, Pt2. New inner rear arch welded in and an update on the engine bay repairs. More welding!
Friday in the workshop: Project Traveller update. We've welded on the new rear spring hangers, now it's the turn of the bump stop plate and its reinforcing bracket before the inner wing can be fitted.
60 Years of SEAT
Here's some lovely archive footage of SEAT's being built. Exactly 60 years ago to the day, the company's first car, the 1400 saloon, rolled off the production line at its Zona Franca factory in Barcelona. Production has certainly changed. Check out the lack of face masks!
