So I’ve written a book! A very simple book to support kids that may soon have a covid jab. It's now available on Amazon – as a paperback and kindle version.
I’d really appreciate your support in sharing this far and wide! A donation from each sale will be made to The Sepsis Trust, in memory of my nephew, Tobias.
But also – I’m not intending a vaccination debate! I respect everyone’s choices on this subject, and I know it’s not an easy decision for all parents to make. This book is aimed at being a helpful resource for parents and their children if they will be having a covid jab soon.
Feel free to share that sentiment too!

There is zero science behind , just a (very successful) PR campaign for a holiday company. With my PR hat on, I think it's awesome that a PR campaign turned in to a thing people still talk about 16 years later. But from a well being perspective, today is like any other Monday and so let's find the time to do something that makes us feel good - whether that's talking to a friend ☎️ reading a book 📚 or in my case having a nap. BUCKLE UP - Q3 could be bumpy ⚡
Hang in there, you're not alone - it's not your business that's just suffering, it's across the board. E-comm sales are down, mainly due to a gradual return to our new normality and retail opening up. But everything is still very unpredictable and human spending habits are readjusting. And with more businesses advertising online, remember the auction part of social advertising - costs go up ⬆
And all the recent platform changes are not helping 🤷‍♀️
Q3 is always a challenge and for most, the slowest quarter - but it may be a little bumpier than usual this year.
So hold on to your hats 👒, the brand awareness you are generating now, will put you in a strong position for Q4 when it really counts 🙌

A few things to think about for your social posts today and tomorrow:
🥅 Plan ahead, draft posts for both outcomes so that you're ready to go in the morning - (especially if think you might have an adult headache 💊😂)
⚽ Most businesses can find something to talk about to do with tonight's match - it's one of those rare, universal topical subjects
🥅 Have some fun - oh to be working on the Danish Bacon account today 🥓 (can't actually find one 🔎)
⚽ And check your social posts that you may have scheduled for after about 7pm tonight - they'll get lost in the noise and so don't post any content that's either really good or really important for your audience to see. Save it.
🙌 Now come on, En-ger-land! Bring it home! 🙌
