Let’s face it, posing isn’t easy. Whether you are a photographer or the model, it’s easy to hit a brain fog.

But we have five pose ideas to get you started on your next shoot! 👏

~ The crouch, time to get low!
Sometimes started standing up can get people a little awkward. Get low get comfy and see where it takes you! ⬇️

~ Get those hands up! These images create some of my favourite photographs whilst making your model look effortless. 🙌

~ Get your hair involved! Beginners or professional can hit hurdles when it comes to post, so touching your hair creates a more natural movement whilst drawing attention to the face, hands and hair. Great for make up, hair or jewellery shoots! 👩‍🦳

~ Or your clothes? Playing with your clothes draws attention to details of the clothing. Perfect for those fashion shoots that highlight key elements of the design 👚

~ Finally get those props involved! Use a chair for those more casual shots, perfect for headshots and portfolio work 🪑
