Here’s a brochure made for a church for a big annual campaign they run themed ‘Awakening Dreams’. Really happy with how they came out and definitely kept a few for my collection.

The campaign covered print and social media so had to make sure the design could be translated throughout.

Business Cards & Responsive logos

I really like these business cards! You really don't need to do a lot to sell how beautiful the arrangements makes - and that was why I simply wanted a photo of flowers on the front of the business card. On the back, following the branding guidelines I kept it simple yet added a bit of surprise by orienting portrait.

Responsive logos have become essential in the last few years for brands. Making sure you have an adaptable logo for all settings that is still recognisable can be a challenge, but with the strong word-mark of Lilybuff, I feel it’s been achieved really well!

Here's a logo I did for a local florist called Lilybuff Flowers! (She also happens to be my wife)

Her flower business is all about being approachable, friendly & rustic. She achieves that with her flowers and social media content and I wanted to re-enforce that with a strong but clean logo.

A Spot-UV finish on the logo looking CLEAN.

This business card was created to show that simple can look GOOD! I wanted to have an eye catching front, that leaves people asking “what is this for?”.

For the back: white, simple, clean & effective.

Your eyes are first drawn to the logo, then to my information and then finally along the side to my website and social handles.

Simple, clean & effective. At least, I think so.

Imposter Syndrome is real but I'm pushing forward anyway. J.GFX is quite simply my freelance alias. With a lot changing in my world, I decided it's time to start seriously pressing into my passion of design and see where it takes me.

I wanted a simple word-mark to reflect my love for simple, clean design. If it isn't anything else, at least it's clean.
