Here at Scratch we were very sad to learn today of the passing of one of our long time readers Kenny Gibson.

He was always there supporting our work and generally just being a very positive person online.

Always with a kind word for everyone.

We are thinking of his close friends and family at this difficult time.

RIP Kenny. You were definitely one of the good guys.

Scratch has had one hell of a year in 2024.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported our work and the work of our creators, and of course a massive thank you to all of those amazing creators who've chosen to work with us.

It's been tough at times as we've faced problems with health and logistics, but we're still here and really excited for 2025 as we'll be launching NEW titles as well as continuing with many of the titles launched over the last two years.

More DRACULA The Return more Claudia Christian's Dark Legacies and more Dinosaurs Vs Cowboys, plus lots lots more.

And 2025 is going to be a big year for Jimmy Broxton's Fully Loaded, that we're publishing in partnership with Jimmy's Verity Comics imprint.

Finally... Scratch will also be diversifying in a big way next year...
We've already launched our first illustrated prose book Shadows of the Stokerverse.
However I am also very excited to tease that we'll be launching "SCRATCH BOOKS"... A whole new enterprise that will be publishing prose novels in partnership with some top writers.

I hope you will join us for what promises to be a very exciting year for Scratch.

This November, The Hive is hosting a Silent Art Auction at our Gallery in Shrewsbury town centre. We are an arts and wellbeing charity and proceeds from this event will go towards our current Save The Hive campaign.

Among the artists exhibiting will be International Comic book illustrator and Hive Patron Charlie Adlard. You can bid on this amazing artwork between Tuesday 19th November to Friday 29th November.
