A middle-aged man has been burnt to death in Owa-Ekei community in Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta for allegedly stealing a motorcycle. An eyewitness account has it that the deceased with his gang member now at large had allegedly snatched a motorcycle from someone at gunpoint and fled. The Federal Government has said Nigerians should stop the ongoing panic buying of petrol by consumers across the country, saying that subsidy removal will not end up until July 2023. President Muhammadu Buhari will address the nation on Sunday in his farewell broadcast as president, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina has said. The media aide, in a statement on Saturday, said the broadcast will be made at 7 am. “Television, radio stations and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast,” the statement added. AS numerous reactions trail moves by Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, to flag-off Nigeria Air on Friday, members of the Airline Operators of Nigeria, AON, have also condemned the project, saying it will be a complete breach of court order.
