The way you think will effect your whole day. Think positive and positive things will happen. Sometimes it can be hard to see the positives in each day, but always look for them because they are always there. For example, motherhood is hard BUT I love Emily with every piece of me and I know that it won’t always be like this so I want to enjoy it all even the sleepless nights and the overstimulation. I have put so much time into working on mindset recently and I feel so much better for it ✨

She is my why. My reason for not giving up.

Because at the end of the day there is always going to be someone who no matter what you do or how hard you try, who is going to try and stop you doing what you want in life.. but why listen to them? I want Emily to grow up knowing her worth and that anything she wants is possible as long as she doesn’t give up, and pushes past other peoples opinions of her and what she is doing. The best way to teach her that is to do it myself and that is exactly what I am doing ✨

A throwback to when I spent a month in Borneo!
I was only 16 at the time but I have the most amazing memories from the experience including trekking in the jungle, helping build a school for the local children and visiting Mantanani Island 🏝️
This picture was taken after we’d finished a 5 day jungle trek. Would love to do something like this again and I hope that Emily gets to experience amazing adventures like this when she grows up ✨

Emily has started her weaning journey! We did start in December but then she got sick and went off food so pretty much had to start over again..

So far she is loving it and at the moment her favourite food is mash potato! I just love her so much.. it’s bitter sweet watching her grow up as it just seems to be flying by but I hope I am doing her proud and will do everything I can to give her the best life possible.. I love my little monkey 🐵💗

So our Christmas and New Year did not go as planned unfortunately hence the break away from social media. We all were very unwell and in and out of doctor surgeries and hospitals which as you can imagine was unpleasant. It definitely wasn’t anywhere near what we had planned for Emily’s first Christmas/New Year.

On a more positive note Emily now has 2 teeth and on the 01/01/23 she learnt to roll from belly to back. As you can imagine we are very proud of her! ✨

We have all also recovered and I am grateful for our health and now being able to spend time with our families again. Here’s to an amazing year! 💗

Hi everyone, I just want to take a moment to talk to you about why I faced my fears and started this journey in life to allow me to be free.

In October last year I found that I was expecting my first baby and I was so excited. At that time I was doing a long journey back and forward to work and I worked up until I was 38 weeks pregnant. I realised that I didn’t want to have to spend that much time away from my daughter when she arrived and searched high and low for an opportunity to make that a reality. That is when I came across an amazing women who was living a life of freedom whilst being able to be with her daughter everyday and I really resonated with her.

I knew that I needed to make this change so that I too could be with my daughter everyday and not have to worry about arranging childcare as both myself and her father have very demanding work hours. I am so glad that I said YES and now get to build my life so that I can do exactly that and be free too!

I knew what my why was and I went for it.. for me that was my beautiful daughter, Emily 💗
