One night in 2006 I woke up at 3am from a conversation where I was given instruction to write a book, tell the story and was given a brief on the subject matter. I woke up in a panic realising I was in deep sleep but being me and because I have always been a soldier, I woke up took my notebook and pen, wrote down the subject matter and a few more things of importance that I might forget and went back to sleep.
The next morning I went to school but couldn't get that "thing" off my mind yabo so instead of school work I began to write more about that subject and it just began to grow and grow. I was studying Mass Communication at the time so you know class wasn't super hectic I did a lot of writing anyway.

It was at that time when I began writing fiction stories, observing daily phenomena and whistle blowing on issues of importance. That is also when I submitted my first ever story to the Trends magazine which was run by The Chronicle and I was overjoyed when my first ever story Betrayed Friendship made it to the magazine and since then I have always known I am a writer, a story teller, a keen observer and just an old brand new soul🤣🤣 however, I started writing long before I knew you can publish, as a child I wrote and wrote just because I could and I loved doing it.

In over 15years I have struggled with the contents of this book, but I never stopped writing it and the more I wrote the more it made sense to me except njengomfundisi and someone not only involved in church issues but with a deep and sound church background I struggled with why this message was presented to me and how on earth am I to convey it izwakale kuhle kuhle sibili.
It has taken a lot of growing, understanding, maturing, soul searching and finding myself to finally have courage to fine tune and publish this book. Today I have zero conflict and I understand God at a personal and sound level. As I present this baby to the world, I say enjoy the journey with the people of Umzingwane kingdom.

Today I woke up to an email that read Congratulations, Your book has been published. I got so teary and emotional remembering the journey to this point. Start preparing them dollars and join in this conversation because this baby is now officially out.
