The value of working alongside good clients at times such as this festive period should never be underestimated.

While enjoying time with family and friends are always the most valued moments over the holiday season, when you’re self-employed having good working relationships and a steady stream of assignments also matters. The fact that the roles in my schedule are different and require different skill sets only serve to keep me on my toes and ensure you look on each day as a fresh challenge.

So, whether it’s working with The Premier League building up to another big game, hosting the White Rose Club lounge for Huddersfield Town Football Club - as they extend their unbeaten run to 13 league games with a win and a draw - or delving into the world of sports science, discussing different strategies, techniques and applications with the Science for Sport team. There really is nothing quite like being involved with teams and and the issues that people are passionate about and I’m thankful for those clients that entrust me to deliver a professional and informed product for their organisations.
