Nice straightforward job here, where we wall-mounted a 55″ Sony Bravia TV to a dot and dab plasterboard wall.

The customer provided his own bracket, and we supplied the plasterboard fixings for a guaranteed safe installation.

We concealed the cables inside the wall for a seamless finish and finished it off with a brushed outlet plate.

The customer is now waiting for the delivery of his AV unit so he can house his PS5 and return the coffee table to the middle of his living room 🙂

TV Wall Mount, Clerkenwell, London

This was an example of a bad John Lewis installation – incorrect fixings used and incorrect bracket was even used.

This customer contacted us to remove the existing TV installation and bracket, and to reinstall the LG TV with the correct LG flush wall mount bracket. The only downside was we had to remove the Philips Hue lighting (for now) as the adhesive clips wouldn’t hold due to no gap.

We concealed the mains cable and HDMI into the wall and brought the cables out in the media console.

The other requirement was to install his LG soundbar using the provided brackets, which led to a great-looking TV and soundbar installation!

43" Panasonic TV taken down from Lisvane and reinstalled in Llandaff on a flat mount bracket.
Straight forward installation using trunking to disguise the mains cable and longer HDMI cable so the SkyQ box could be fitted out of sight.

Today, we installed a 65" LG OLED TV to a plasterboard dot & dab wall to give the TV that floating look, while also mounting a Sonos Arc soundbar.

The equipment used was a Sanus full-motion premium bracket and a Sanus Sonos Arc TV mount. This allows for the TV to be pulled away from the wall, swivelled left and right and allow for a tilting function.

The customer required all cables to be out of sight, so we installed 2x new mains sockets and a TV aerial / data socket. Cables were chased in the wall, as were the socket back boxes.

A little bit of patching up with some filler, ready to be painted, and now the installation looks really smart!

Today, we had to install a 48″ LG OLED TV to a plasterboard wall using a tilting type TV Bracket. Plasterboard cmpression fixings were used to secure the TV to the wall.

Also required, was to wall mount a LG soundbar and set up subwoofer, supply a wall mount to fit a SkyQ mini box to the wall and installan Xbox with a 5 metre HDMI cable.

Power was taken from the room behind the bedroom where there was a mains socket and this is where the Xbox was located. Digital gaming means no requirement for discs and as the Xbox controllers are wireless, gaming can be done easily.

PS, ignore the trunking. An embedded cable service was offered but not needed, as the customer is about to decorate and replace carpets but this gave us a clean installation in the main bedroom.

Not often a customer wants a TV installed in a corner these days, especially when there is a fireplace as a feature, but it still looked great!

The customer had a 55″ Sony Bravia that he had brought from his last property but wanted to be mounted to the wall. He supplied the wall bracket, which was Vogels full-motion type bracket.

We fitted the bracket in the corner so the TV could protrude from the corner unit. The existing aerial was connected to Freeview. Happy days!

Existing recess in a media wall which had a previous TV installed but this customer wanted his new 8K Samsung 65" NEO QLED fitted over the top so it was now flush to the wall. We supplied a 4D motion mount for this one to get the job done. Looks 🔥

Reinstallation of an existing install that customer had carried out themselves of a 65" Sony Bravia TV. It was originally fitted with a lightweight full motion mount that simply wasn't up to the job.

We supplied a Sanus premium bracket and cut it directly into the wall so we could fit the actual brickwork. This bracket is going nowhere.

We also fitted the SkyQ box to the wall and tidied up the cables in the existing trunking.

TV looks amazing and I think the dogs 🐶 approve too. 😊

55" Samsung curved TV wall mounted in Fairwater using a full motion mount to achieve the 45' angle look. Also soundbar fitted using an adapter bracket for the floating affect. This created some space under the TV and gave the room a clean effect.

50" Samsung TV wall mounted using a tilting type TV bracket and installed above a fireplace. Customer had an Xbox Series X away in the cupboard but connected using a longer HDMI cable and power lead.
Trunking was used in this instance as a customer preference to hide the cables neatly.

This customer in Penylan has replaced his old Sony 47" TV for a new 55" Sony Bravia OLED. Simple take down down using the existing wall bracket and replace while still using the sound bar.

This customer has bought a nice 43″ Samsung NEO QLED TV to replace his existing TV set. The requirements were to mount it to the wall, have the cables embedded inside the wall, as well as lower the media socket plate so it wasn’t seen above the TV cabinet.

The customer had decided to supply his own full-motion Samsung branded TV bracket for this installation.

We used specialist plasterboard fixings for this installation as the wall was a stud wall but with double plasterboard sheeting. An HDMI cable, TV aerial cable and power cable were put in the wall out of sight for that tidier look.

Regarding the media AV/mains socket plate; we had to relocate it lower so it is out of view. We cut into the plasterboard wall and relocated the pattress and subsequently had to extend the internal cables so they could reach. The job was then finished off with some filling plater, ready for the customer to sand and paint when dry.

Here is a Philips Ambilight 55″ TV that we wall-mounted to a plasterboard stud wall.

The TV was currently on a table stand on a TV unit and the plan was to lose the TV unit and have the TV wall mounted without any cables showing along with the sound bar and Sky Q box.

We supplied a Sanus 4D premium pull-out bracket which was required as the spec was that the TV should be 15cm away from the wall for optimum viewing when it comes to the LED lights. In this situation, the wall was lined with plywood, so it made the TV installation a bit more secure.

We had to provide longer mains cables and HDMI cables as these were being embedded in the cavity wall. Also, we mounted the Samsung soundbar to the wall with the provided brackets.

The customer is sure to have a new fireplace fitted, so the end result will now make it look seamless. We wired up the Xbox and SkyQ box and now all available in stunning 4K and 120 Hz picture mode 🙂

The requirements for this job was to relocate the Virgin Media TV point downstairs to the living room and wall mount the 40″ Samsung TV using a tilting type TV bracket.

The customer also provided a TV wall unit which we installed to the wall, to house the Virgin Media box, internet router and to hide the connecting cables.

To disguise the cable on the wall, we supplied and fitted some D-line trunking which can be easily accessed should the customer need to add or remove any HDMI cables.

This installation was to upgrade from an old 43″ TV, up to a 55″ Sky Glass TV. The TV was wall mounted to the chimney breast using the ‘supplied’ Sky Glass flush mount. The old TV was taken down to be relocated in a different room.

The main feature with the Sky Glass TV, is that you don’t require a wired Sky box or satellite dish, as it’s integrated in to the TV itself. The old Sky system will be returned as redundant.

As its also a smart TV, it connects wirelessly to the internet. All that was required for this TV wall mount was the mains power cable, which we chased into the brick wall, and then made good with plastering over, ready for the customer to sand it down and give it a coat of paint.

The customers requirements here were to wall mount a 55″ LG OLED TV on the wall in the kitchen / dining room along with a Sonos Beam soundbar on a full motion tv bracket.

Previously the builder and electrician had fitted the mains connections at the proposed TV location and ran an HDMI for the Virgin Media TV box.

We used a Sanus Advanced full motion bracket for the TV, along with a Sanus soundbar mount for the Sonos Beam. The TV was set up on the WiFi network for streaming their favourite apps and the Sonos soundbar was set up for TV sound along with being able to listen to Spotify and YouTube music and digital radio.

This installation was a 43″ Samsung TV wall mounted using a tilting bracket in a rental property in Clifton, Bristol, BS8.

As the TV was being mounted on the chimney breast above a fireplace, we had to supply a tilting bracket for viewing at the optimum angle.

The customer requested white trunking as it was landlord let property and would easily need to be removed in the future. We supplied 2 x 3 metre HDMI cables for the PlayStation5 and Nintendo Switch, along with a 3 metre power cable.

This customer had a 42″ LG TV that was currently sat on its stand with the mains cable on show but wanted it wall mounted inside the recess with the cable out of sight.

So we supplied a full motion bracket that had enough extension, so it could easily be pulled out swivelled depending on the angle the TV was being viewed.

The TV was a smart TV, so it was connected wirelessly for streaming online apps such as Netflix, meaing just the mains cable was required and that was drilled through the cabinet and plugged into the mains socket.
