Behind every great studio is a greater tech team..... and this evil genius does all my repairs and refurbs.... I can't recommend him enough.... from new designs to refurbing classics like my IL4832 or the StuderA800 he's done it all.... without him.... we wouldn't be here!

FULL DAY SESSION only £2.50!!!

People often ask me how much it costs to come to Safehaven Studios for a day, and I always answer "it depends what you want!", but today... if you get a raffle ticket it could be just £2.50!!

The day can be used however you wish...
from recording a demo to making a promo film, we will do everything we can to make it feel special for the winner...

I've known Ben for as long as he's been a drummer, and if anyone deserves support and help, it's him.... he's an hour into his 12hr drumathon... 11 to go....so if you can call in to Intomusic, or can check out the livestream, I know he'd appreciate it so the link is in the comments below...

Buy a ticket and support a good cause... you might just win me (or any of the other great prizes) and help a worthy charity at the same time...

Our good friend Ben Smith will be raising money for Blood Cancer UK Saturday 3rd February by doing a 12 hour drumming marathon aptly named the Drumathon. This will be held in store at Into Music from 9:00am-9:00pm and we will have loads going on in store throughout the day. This will be in memory of...

Another new toy for this year.... she actually came to us in the middle of last year... but these things take a while to wire in and test don't they! Looking forward to tracking straight to tape again.... it's been years!!

50 FREE DAYS AVAILABLE FOR ORIGINAL ARTISTS LOOKING FOR HELP GENERATING QUALITY ONLINE CONTENT.....

We all know the Arts have had it rough over the last few years... chronic under-funding, a worldwide pandemic and a global recession to boot, not to mention the continued erosion of the ability to earn a living from their craft online.

So, with 50 days of 2022 left we are pleased to announce that £15k of funding is now in place to offer 50 original Artists some much needed support and help in 2023.

We are looking for 50 original Artists, be it bands and singers, painters and novelists, actors or comedians, or any other form of the Arts to enjoy a free day of production at Safe Haven Studios in Lincolnshire.

Included in my definition of Artists is Crew. Lighting and Sound Engineers, Stage Managers, Drivers and Roadies, Managers and Promoters, all in my eyes are also Artists.

Without the Crew, The Artist is nothing, and we want to help tell the stories, share the experience, and help promote the Crew too.

This time can be spent however you wish, from production of video content, interviews/performance/adverts/show reels
to producing a Single or EP, or even just discuss modern marketing approaches. We are here to help in any way we can.

All rights are kept by the Artist, and content will be free to use however they wish.

All we ask is that we may also host the content on our website with a view to raising direct donations to assist further Artistic Support for others.

We are also hoping to slowly build a Community of Artists, Crew, Fans and other Creatives to help support each other and grow together whilst exploring ways for us all to profit from our work. With this in mind we are also pondering a monthly workshop covering aspects of music production, from tracking through editing and mixing. We would also be interested in working with other crew willing to offer time producing workshops to spread skills, after all, we are called Pass it on for a reason! It is hoped that these workshops will be filmed and made available on our website for all on a donation basis to help aid all creatives.

Included in this community, is obviously also the Fans. Those loyal followers that just want to be entertained and given the opportunity to support the Arts, and Artists directly. Without the fans, there really is no point at all. Over the first few months of 2023, as our website becomes live we hope to engage all fans of the arts by offering them quality content and access to emerging artists directly. All content will be offered for donation, or for free if you wish... As should always be the case, the Fans decide the value of the content.

So, with this in mind if you're an Artist in need of help, Crew with time, stories and skills to share, any other form of Creative Being, or a fan that wants to be escorted from the drudgery of life by the magic of the Arts, then please DM here or email [email protected] for more information and to get involved!

Please share this with any Artists, Crew or lovers of the Arts and get the word out there... we really want to help as many people as we can next year and with your help we can really make a difference!
