Established in the summer of 2022 by Irvine Welsh, Steve Mac and Carl Loben, Jack Said What is injecting the original raw spirit back into dance music. Many of the tracks are produced, written
or mixed using original hardware boxes and mastered to analogue tape, giving a nod to the roots of electronic music production - but always, of course, using the latest technology to bring the sound into the future. All music that comes out on the Jack Said What label is mixed at JSW HQ for that consistency of clean-cut sound.
