As a Solicitor, Richard is fully knowledgeable and has first hand experience of the do and don’ts of making property work alongside other areas where the law creeps in, ranging from Landlord and Tenant issues through noisy and nosey neighbours!

2020 saw Richard complete the build of his own home from scratch turning a run down, overgrown two acres of south Norfolk into a £1 million gated estate.

Perfectly timed for Easter! We’ve had a flock of sheep in the paddock next to our house for a few weeks, this morning I awoke to little ones bleeting - we have three so far! Going to nickname Langham, Lenwade and Langley the lambs Happy Easter everyone 🐣🐣
