We've updated our systems to Studio one 5.4! It's allowed us to export our mastered products in multiple formats at the same time! They've also made some tweaks to the plugins so that they automatically switch off when you're not using them - Less strain on the processor! Very cool.

Since covid-19 daybreak studios want to help small artists to release music again at a new and higher standard, hence the price drop. Just had a really useful Zoom session with Aaron Clews. He showed us how to record Colin's drums for our current remote recording project - Paul's Pirate song. If any of you out there are attempting remote recording, Aaron's your man - very patient and good at explaining things to the 'technically challenged' :)

Alchemista are delighted to announce the release date for our new EP ‘Clear Skies to See’. ‘Clear Skies to See’ is a line from one of the songs, and it's also significant as we’ve found clear skies to move forward now we’ve finished tracks started before lockdown at the end of March.
