Shhhh.. we have been quiet of late, very quiet, but still very much around.
We still remain as committed as ever, but occasionly, we have to draw back to focus on matters closer to home.
Today taking time out, it was nice to have a walk along the Quay, to visit once again the star of the film "The Lydia Eva" but also we have a visitor from far off lands come to visit, known as "El Galeon" a fine beauty if ever I saw one..
Great Yarmouth has a long history of and fishing although sadly the fishing industry here, is not what it once was.

Part Timers, It feels like we are part timers currently, but behind the scenes we have been busy with #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek Starting on Monday we went to London for a meeting at the Houses of #Parliament to kick start the week. Every day we have been producing videos which we will make more public shortly. For more information watch this space. Our #community work continues and we will be expanding this on due course. We welcomed a new shop in the village recently which is now gaining more customers. We will be looking to work with them to help #promote them further. Behind the scenes we have also been plagued with our own issues which are taking its toll, however we are confident that these will be resolved in due course. 😀 Due to the #CoastalErosion our #walking route to #Hemsby has been hampered slightly, however having walked this recently we look forward to once again spending more time there with some very exciting events happening 😀 😄 We are still here, and not going anywhere. It is not that many of us are seeking any form of validation, or looking for an ego boost, we are simply wanting to know the answer to that question... Do I matter? It was an honour to be invited to meeting about #mentalhealthawarenessweek at the #HousesofParliament There was so much to take away, to process, yet today on a facebook live I shared a story that was told to us yesterday. I am grateful that I mattered enough to Mindfullness Coach Bhupinder Sandhu that I was invited down to London to be a part of this event, but then through him, I was also able to share the #opportunity with so many others.

#Cocktails in the sun Today we give thanks for the hospitality of Whites Lounge Bar who welcomed us tonight. The cocktails were good, the #coffee was nice, but as true #foodies it was the #dessert that really stole the show. Situated in the seaside village of Scratby, Great Yarmouth, "White's Lounge Bar" is a small walk away from golden sands #beach, serving some great cooked #meals with a choice of equally delicious #puddings. With a good old fashioned welcoming service and customer care, this makes it easy to reccomend for us at Thrive Radio

Today we are out and about having #coffee by the sea but where are we? On a mission with #WeWard (the app that rewards you to walk) to increase our steps, we headed out intentionally to visit our friends at Buddy’s Great Yarmouth Not only do they serve great coffee with #SeaViews, they also sell probably the best #doughnuts too. Today however, after getting in our 10k steps we opted for a #breakfast We were overjoyed by the plate that came out. Superb value and service with a lovely location. Is it any wonder why this little #cafe is such a hit with the locals and tourists alike.
