8th September 1932 – 5th March 1963
For our third 13 from 13, we take a moment to remember the giant talent that was Patsy Cline. Taken too soon in the saddest of circumstances, but her legacy reverberates through musical history and can still be heard echoed in all those she inspired.
In 2014, Sparkie Melody linked up with Redd Man UK and recorded “When I Get Through With You” for DVS Records.
Today marks the 60th anniversary of the tragic loss of the great Patsy Cline.

From 1982 to 1987, the SUS Band played to huge crowds in Meanwhile Gardens.
The legacy continues.
Now, Sparkie Melody is coming back to where it began. Catch Sparkie Melody at the Notting Hill carnival on Monday the 29th of August where he'll be performing his brand new singles: ‘Slowly Slowly’ and ‘Cold Concrete Jungle.’
