Portbury WI will be celebrating their 90th birthday in June.
The entertainment for the evening is a closely guarded secret, but is sure to surprise! Approaching our birthday members have been busy making pennants, stitching their name and quilting or adding embellishments too. Portishead Senior Forum, Wednesday 19th June at the Folk Hall, Portishead.
We start with a 30-minute short talk, followed by raffle and tea break. Linda Hodgetts will then give us a foretaste of this year’s Portishead Summer Show. We begin at 2:00pm.

Portishead in Bloom will be holding their Open Gardens Weekend on 8th and 9th June. 14 gardens will be open from 10:30am - 5:00pm on both days. Entry to all the gardens is by a programme costing £5 for each adult. Children are free.

Sequence Dancing in Portishead with Paul and Suzy at Redcliffe Bay Hall, Newhaven Road on Wednesday afternoons starting Wednesday 29th May. We dance the popular sequence dances played at socials, balls and on cruises.
