The drive from Vieste to Monte Sant Angelo was one to remember. An amazing coastal drive where you climbed higher and higher. Could have stopped countless times to snap the view.

This one was my favourite. The Arch of San Felice. Best view of this natural formation is from Torre di San Felice. You can just make out Torre Gattarella on the distant peninsula.

Hello 👋. It’s been a while! Haven’t posted in a looonnngg time. The South Italian landscapes have inspired me to get the drone and camera out again after a creative block for some time.

This first shot was from the first morning we woke up in our first stop Vieste. A beautiful coastal town in the Gargano National Park.

Haven’t posted in ages. I have at least a ton of new images to edit but haven’t found the time to get into the zone so here is a top down of Stack Rock fort.

Snapped this back in April. Still haven’t managed to hit here with the perfect conditions. Light was very harsh so a lot of my comps didn’t work as I had planned.

Cribyn bathed in the early morning light.

One of the smaller summits of the Pen y fan gang. First time I have been up here with a view. My first attempt was greeted with very low cloud so only made it to the Pen y fan summit before turning back.

This time I set off early from the Storey Arms and ran/walked/dragged myself up to Corn Du first and then on to the famous peak Pen y fan, down and up to Cribyn before hitting Fan y big. I got to Fan y big in just over an hour and fifteen minutes which I was pretty happy about. Quick snack and a drone flight before doing them all in reverse again.

The hardest part of the route is Jacobs ladder which is the reverse route up Pen y fan from Cribyn or the Beacons Way.

Today was definitely the day for a spontaneous trip to the seaside. My youngest son and I had it to ourselves for at least 5 minutes. Sandcastles and chasing the fast departing tide.

Just a top down of some fir trees on my last visit to the Peaks. Heading back there on Sunday with my pal to attempt to run the 20 mile Edale skyline loop. Packing light so don’t think the drone will make the cut but it’s still getting thrown in the car!

I have driven past this clock tower multiple times on journeys back and forth to Wales and always think I should stop for a shot. Usually I just want to complete my journey and never pull over. This time the conditions were to good to miss! Can anyone guess the location?

Apparently it can be seen from six counties!

Tenby at sunrise…

A totally unplanned shot. I had just parked and plugged the car in on top of a multi storey car park. And as I was getting ready for (stuffing my face with a Portuguese custard tart and retrying my laces) a 6 mile jog in and around Tenby the sun poked through the clouds.

This looks a fun place to explore. Didn’t get chance myself as it was a quick pit stop on the way to the Lake District. Off to Wales this weekend and the weather looks like it might behave itself. Hoping to revisit a few locations along the Pembrokeshire coast. Anywhere I should head to?

ABOUT ME

I’m Nathan Jermy - a freelance videographer, photographer and content creator based in Cambridgeshire, UK.

Let me share my journey from a hobbyist photographer to a professional content creator. Back in 2016 when I turned 30 years of age I set myself the challenge of visiting every single European capital city before I turned 35 (I am on number 33 so far).

I first started to document my travels with photos on my phone which soon evolved to a professional DSLR camera, a drone, then a bigger better camera, another drone to enough equipment to fill a large car! My travel photography soon turned into short films and more creative photos of each trip I took across Europe. I realised I wanted this excitement of creating visually, inspiring content as a career. I love to tell a story with a photo or video.

My experience in setting up and running a successful hair salon brand which I started back in 2009 on my own, has meant I have a strong background in building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients. It is fundamental to my personalised service and whilst listening to the needs and aims of individuals, I’m always happy to make creative inspirations and suggestions when needed. Running this business for over 11 years has given me no end of experience on how to build a brand from scratch, but unable to find an inspiring creator to promote my brand, I set to work! I have seen first hand the powerful impact of strong visual, photography and film to promote a brand and bring it to life with a significant online presence.
