sometimes we focus and talk alot about the gangs that the youth are involved and not soo much the youth that inspiring other youth to follow a more positive road, big up youself G.

Do you need to be mentally or physically strong to get through life?
Reality is you need both but i believe you need to be more mentally stronger because it’s the mental strength that allows you to even have the physical strength to push through life.
For example before you go to the gym you need/have to tell yourself “i’m going to the gym” before you even pick up a weight. Then the physical weight you pick up helps strengthen your mental to make yourself feel better and not worry about the rest of the world because you feel good within yourself.
Anyway that’s just what i believe in my head lool.
But real talk i wanna give a shout out to my broski for the help he’s providing within the community and the mental strength to continue after not having a club for a while and getting to a age where (although 30+ is still young)
Everything is a decline.

But do we really know how mentally affected footballers or even sports stars are after their career has come to a end, here’s a insight to life after football and keeping yourself physically and mentally well.

I also wanna give a big shout out to for the work they are doing in the community to make a better change, especially in our black community, anyway this is probably the most i’ve ever wrote so mans out still, you dun know!!!!!😎🙏🏾
