Our last and final workshop will be hosted by Stuart Grantham and Tom Fox from HSBC

Stuart has over 25 years corporate finance experience and has been a Senior Director within HSBC UK Bank plc’s Leveraged Finance team for over 13 years. Stuart is also a qualified chartered accountant.

Tom Fox has over 10 years banking experience and is a manager within HSBC UK’s Leveraged Finance team. Tom has also helped deploy >£750M of capital across 20+ transactions.

With over 15 years experience within Capital Markets he has an extensive network of relationships within both the ‘Buy’ and ‘Sell’ side. He acts on behalf several Family Offices/ UHNW individuals and has been responsible for some significant deals globally. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and monitoring of all AA Chase Transactions. Jat is also a board member of the Cola Foundation a ‘not-for-profit’ organisation that is increasing the educational standards.
Jat now heads up Client Acquisitions and Capital raising at AA Chase. His areas of specialty include Family Offices, Financial Markets, Disruptive Technology and Recruitment.
