Exciting news for Truro!
We are delighted to announce that Rick and his team at Rockhill Flooring are opening a brand new store in Truro later this month. Based in Bugle, this is their 2nd store proving hard work and good service is key to a successful growing business.
We are looking forward to the grand opening. Well done, a great team with a wide range to suit all budgets. Time to get the champers on ice.

Our new January edition commences delivery on Monday. We have printed 27,500 copies which will be delivered door to door by our posties. Look out for it coming through the letterbox

Happy New Year 2025!

As we step into this New Year, we carry with us the memories and experiences of the past.
Hopefully, 2024 was a year filled mostly with wonderful moments and milestones for our readers and advertisers.
We are grateful to each and everyone of you for your continued support and trust.

For some of us it was also a year of farewells and reflections, We had had a rather tough year, with the loss of too many
friends and family. We honor their memory by cherishing always the love and joy they brought into our lives.

Only just this last December and further to our losses, our beloved pet dog Toby sadly passed away aged over 17 Years.
His presence brought a unique warmth to our home and workplace, his day to day cheeky playful distractions will be greatly missed.

As we look forward in this new year, let's embrace the promise of hope, happiness, and new beginnings. Let 2025 be filled with opportunities,
success, and the strength to overcome challenges. Let's continue to support one another, appreciate the little moments, and make every day count.

Here's to a Bright and Prosperous 2025.

Our musicians this year will be ‘Amici Voci’ on Friday 6th December and Saturday 7th December.

The tickets are £7 for adults, £3 for children and under 5’s free. ALL proceeds to the donkeys.

This year we are not having mulled wine and mince pies, simply because they are not popular, which means Flicka staff and volunteers have to eat copious amounts of mince pies and drink a lot of mulled wine, which we’re sure you’ll agree is not good when looking after donkeys!! ❤💕❤

There will be refreshments on sale throughout the evening.
