Hi my lovelies ,
Today I have for you a light high protein meal. Chilli & Garlic grilled wings w / spinach , tomato , orange & aubergine salad w/ a mini Brie cheese & spinach omelette .

FYI - It might seem weird to add an orange to a dish however it gave the salad a nice touch of sweet and savoury flavour combination and a good balance of acidity with salads seasoning .
