When was the last time you washed your dogs toys? We bet it has been a while…

You should be washing your dogs toys every few weeks. Bacteria from their mouths, dirt from outside and general dust and fumes from your home can mean dog toys are pretty grubby 🦠

So what can you do to get them sparkling clean again?

🧼 Pop plush toys on a gentle wash in your washing machine or soak for 30 minutes
🧼 Got hard plastic toys? They can be wiped with hot water or put in the dishwasher!
🧼 Rope toys can go in hot washes in the washing machine with other dog bedding and towels

BUT REMEMBER…
🐶 Never use non-pet friendly detergent as this isn’t good for your dog’s mouth
🐶 Dry them thoroughly before giving back to your dog or bacteria will grow
🐶 Are they past their best? Throw them away rather than risking your dog chocking on small parts
