🌹 Absolutely loved every minute of this project. Having spent time with these guys in Asia we have seen first hand the passion they have for food. When we heard they’d started @banh.vi it was clear they were going to be a huge success. The conditions have been less than favourable of late but they have continued to innovate with a smile. ⛰ Here’s a video captured last weekend while exploring the cave systems and abandoned quarries of The Lake District. ⛰
🏞 Just as we reached the top of this quarry a voice called from the expanse below. After a difficult exchange of details John managed to find our email. It transpired it was John’s 60th birthday and he was climbing the ‘Titanic Arête’ route to mark the occasion. 🏞
🌹 We were delighted to capture his ascent and provide some photo and video for his collection. 🌹
🦇 John just so happens to be an avid underground photographer himself and has kindly offered to take us caving some time so stay posted for that! 🦇
