Here is the latest addition to our fleet of vehicles. It is a beautifully crafted replica of a Stoewer Field Car Kfz 1 (Stoewer 40). This example is complete with all of the small details included which are essential for film work. This vehicle was constructed by Bob Whittaker who has a superb reputation for getting details right. We displayed and used this command car at the Bovington Tank Museum 'Tank Fest'. It was extremely popular with the visitors and had many pictures taken.
I am looking for one piece of track link for a late model Panzer 2 tank. Two would be nice, but 1 will do.

Bovington Tank Fest 2024. I am very pleased to say that we now have all of our vehicles, costumes, props and weapons safely back home after yet another sell-out weekend at Bovington Tank Museum. For those who don't know, I am the director of the live main arena battle displays tasked with providing live action performance utilising many of the tanks from the museum but also our own collection of History in the Making Action vehicles as well as a very large number of our History in the Making uniforms and fi****ms. This performance is only possible with the continuing support from our invited reenactors from the American 29th Infantry, the German 304 panzer grenadiers and the American 1st infantry Division.
This year we were also joined by a Cohort of our undergraduate students from the University of Chichester who are all in their final year studying the performing arts.
Once again our Armoury department worked tirelessly preparing and operating and maintaining the genuine historic fi****ms including this year our 76.2mm Cannon.
Finally, with the need for several costume changes this event required the full support of Jean Arthur and the gallant team in the Wardrobe Department.
Working in close partnership with the Museum and being entrusted with some extremely valuable assets, the event was a sell-out success.

It is with great pride that welcome my son Max Macleod into one of the smallest and exclusive groups in the UK. Today he has officially been named and listed in his own right as a Section 5 authority with the Home Office.
Well, that is Bovington Tiger Day event done for another season. The event was a sell out for the museum. As well as directing the arena battle, I took along my little Citroen truck for a static display. More to come.
I have just finished a film using the most up to date vehicles in my career. Two WMIK light trucks and a Quad Bike. These could do so much more than my WW2 vehicles could ever do. I was very impressed.
I had the pleasure of Directing my own Son, Max Macleod recently. The apple did not fall far from the tree.

Just back from a popular WWII tv show! The 1939 German Flakvierling 38 quad Anti Aircraft Gun Mount- Film Prop Replica - Made originally for the latest Indiana jones film. It had to be made of light weight materials to allow the production to place it on top of a building. Part of this involved leaving off as much as we could whilst keeping the characteristics of the anti aircraft gun. Due to it's light weight it is also easy to transport and has since been hired out to other productions.

I am in need of more space for future projects. I have made the decision to let this project go to a new home. Most of the hard work has been done to finish the restoration. The engine runs well. Clutch works. Gear box is OK. New master and wheel brake cylinders have been fitted, brake shoes all OK, just needs adjustments doing. Now on a 12v system. All new woodwork on back. New seat covers. New tyres all round. Have driven it around yard, on and off low loaders etc. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to finish off restoration and have a great rare truck. Asking 9k to move it on quickly.
This little beauty is now in the fleet and will be part of our display for 2023.

That is the 1937 Citroen all ready for the next event. When removing the old paint we found to our amazement that the car has been painted Dankelgelb before. The black paint we had on the car was not the original layer of paint.
It is very nice to see the French vehicles going off on a job. Citroen BL 11 and a Renault AHN.

After 2 years in it's Normandy colour scheme, our second 222 has had the call for a big feature film job. So, out with the 3 colour camo and back to basic grey. All in a days work.
Very interesting to see the 2 years wear on the paint. You cant fake this!

This is our 1936, 2 litre Opel Six restoration project. We have guessed the date of manufacture from the chassis and engine plate. These cars were in manufacture from 1934 up to 1937. They were then replaced by the Opel Super Six.
