Instructions on how to plant succulents when you first buy them so they don't die
When you first buy a succulent plant, you don't know how to plant it properly, how to plant it to help the plant grow well and quickly? Let's follow me following instructions:
Step 1: Gently pick up the succulent plant, hold the pot with one hand, and separate the pot from the substrate with the other hand. Then you shake the plant gently, turn the water on low and wash the plant. You need to make sure to remove the secondary roots and dead leaves, leaving only about 2cm of the main root. Take the old soil out of the newly purchased succulents Separate the succulent from the old substrate and remove the soil still clinging to the roots
Step 2: Prepare anti-fungal medicine for succulents. You mix the medicine according to the ratio on the instructions for use and spray it on the tree or soak the tree in antifungal medicine for 3 - 5 minutes.
Step 3: After treating the tree with antifungal medicine, leave the tree in a cool place for about 5-7 days to let the cracks on the roots dry. This helps prevent bacteria or fungi from entering the tree through those open wounds.
Step 4: If the plant is completely dry and ready to be planted in a pot, place the plant in the pot with the newly prepared substrate.
