The government, child support agency, and father’s rights in the UK are absolutely atrocious. So many men out there left with absolutely nothing and living in absolute misery. How this hasn’t been spoken about is beyond me. Work, pay tax and the measily amount that’s left is again ‘taxed’ paying for children that have been manipulated, and restricted access to loving fathers. No one gives a s**t the male su***de rate is so high. Something needs to change

3. Be consistent
4. Read to your child 📖
5. Respect there boundaries
6. Eat together 🍲
7. Celebrate even the little wins
8. Keep yourself in shape 🏃‍♂️
9. Be present - nothing on your phone is more important 🧘
10. Say sorry if you make a mistake - we all do it
