This British monsoon weather in July reminds me of the time I had to leave my 24-70 GM in rice for a week after a shoot with earlier this year, and since I never shared those shots on here I thought I’d share them now.

Will hopefully shortly return to golden hour bangers and wishing I was somewhere in the Mediterranean again ✌🏻

After a recent visit to Portugal and seeing so many pretty streets with vibrant doorways and windows in the Algarve, it inspired me to make a post about some of my favourite photos I’ve taken over the years including doorways and windows, it just so happens I’ve got some I’m really pleased with.

Photos from Italy, Lacock Abbey, Switzerland, Kew Gardens, Malta and Lake District.

I spent last week exploring around the Algarve (now my 2nd visit to Portugal in a year!) with some amazing people and we all enjoyed gorgeous weather, gallons of orange juice and countless amounts of pastel de natas.

Now, I’m back in the UK with a busy week of shoots and I’m happy to be sharing my first set of photos from last weeks trip! Plenty more to share too.

I’ve decided to start posting with white borders again too, since I think it will stop me from limiting myself to colour coordinated 4:5 photos of similar landscapes.

I may have missed the Northern Lights in the UK this weekend, but to miss it for eating fresco pasta and amazing gelato, whilst wandering around Lake Como & Milano with my favourite person - I’ll certainly take that anytime!

Lake Como was incredibly beautiful and capturing it on my Ricoh and Olympus MJU was just like being a kid in a sweet shop. We stayed in an airbnb in Navigli, Milan - and I’d recommend anyone checking out this area of the city if you’re in the area, it’s stunning!
