Palm Greens X Citizens of Soil

Celebrate connection, collaboration and community through a vibrant four-course meal with Palm Greens and Citizens of Soil.

Plant-based and flavour-forward, the menu will incorporate Portuguese Extra Rare Olive Oil from CoS which is high in Polyphenols and packed with antioxidants from one of its inspiring female producers. Created by chef , the food will be accompanied by an exclusive olive oil tasting from CoS sommelier Sarah Vachon, cocktails by and front-of-house vibes by to deliver a memorable and delicious evening to share with friends.
