Picked up an S3 today. Another great interface with s**t preamps and converters in it. Just like the C24. The more things change the more they stay the same eh? Alas. It’s dope as a control surface. I like to mix with my hands! 👏👏👏

Today is a very special day. My application got accepted and in October I’ll be jetting off to Southern France for a week long recording and mixing boot camp with none other than the legend himself Chris Lord-Alge. I’m excited beyond words. This guy has been my idol since I was 15. Anyone that knows me knows this. Can’t wait!!

Since working at I’ve come to appreciate the humble preamp much more. preamps are insanely good and we have 12 of them here along with some pres. They really help to capture the sound of rock and roll more than anything else I’ve used before. Drums sound amazing through them!
