We know we've been quiet for a little while...

We're very pleased to now let you all know we've been working with The Survivors Trust for the last 8 months to create their new resources site.

The TST resources website has launched today and is the first of its kind to have such a large resource database specifically for survivors guided by survivors.

We at are very proud to have been part of the creative process and have loved collaborating with such an amazing organisation!

We are very excited today... the first issue of Fragments Magazine is finally here!

We apologise that it has been a while since our last post. Due to the current Covid-19 situation and some family health matters we have experienced a delay with our work.

However we are now back on track! The first issue of Fragments is set to be released on January 31st 2021, along with an exciting announcement. If you have submitted to us but haven't heard back yet, regardless of time, we apologise again and will be in touch this week to discuss your submission!

Today is World Mental Health day.

We've chosen today to share this update because we believe that stories can heal!

Expressive therapies such as writing, art and music can have such a positive impact on people's lives and wellbeing. That's why we are developing a series of online workshops to help more people connect and express themselves!

In other news: we are almost done reading your wonderful submissions, so anyone who hasn't heard from us yet can expect to soon.

We plan to have issue 1 of Fragments digital magazine out in early November!
