Denmark is set to become the first European nation to allow citizens to copyright their face, voice, and body to combat AI-generated deepfakes.

This proposed amendment to the Copyright Act, backed by 90% of parliament, grants individuals legal ownership over their likeness, enabling them to demand the removal of unauthorized deepfake content and seek compensation.

While satire and parody are exempt, non-compliant platforms face fines. The law, expected to be finalized by late 2025 or early 2026, aims to protect digital identities and may influence other EU nations during Denmark’s upcoming EU presidency.

None of them. Some of them are really obviously not but some of them are pretty close. Or maybe that's just how I'm seeing them.
Facetune AI headshots asked for 10-20 pics of me to create my "model" likeness and then they were able to produce various AI generated headshots. It's all a bit mad really. I wasn't super picky when I selected 10 images of myself from my camera roll so I must do it again and be more selective and see if it's more accurate. Do any of them look like me?
