How do customers decide to purchase a product/service? The purchase funnel illustrates the consumer journey; we’ll keep it simple and cover the main factors a consumer goes through before purchasing your product/service.
Think of potential customers that never heard of you. It starts off by creating brand awareness ➡️ more people talking leads to ➡️ interest which inevitably leads to ➡️ consideration. At this stage there is an interest by the potential customer they evaluate the interest with seeing both positives and negatives all of which lead to the final decision 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙨𝙚.
